We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights.

1) What data we collect

  • Contact & account data – name, email, any information you send via forms.

  • Marketing preferences – your newsletter opt-in/opt-out status.

  • Partner enquiries – company name, website, affiliate network details, feeds, and contact info.

  • Usage & device data – pages viewed, clicks (including affiliate/outbound link clicks), IP address, device/ browser type, approximate location, and cookies.

We do not intentionally collect special category data. The site is not directed to children under 16.

We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing.

6) International transfers

  • Consent records: typically 6–24 months (per legal requirements/tool settings).

8) Your rights (UK GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing, and data portability. Where we process based on consent, you can withdraw consent at any time (e.g., by using the unsubscribe link in any email). 9) Security

We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including TLS encryption in transit, access controls, authentication, and vendor due diligence. No system is perfectly secure; please use unique, strong credentials and contact us if you suspect any issue.

Our site contains links to retailers and other websites. Those sites have their own privacy and cookie practices. Once you leave GolfSavvy, this policy no longer applies—please review their policies.

11) Children

GolfSavvy is not directed to children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we’ll delete it.
